Customers must respect hotel rules and regulations, the hotel property and staff, general hygiene, relaxing hours and social behavior.
POOL POLICY
Swimming pool use is not included in the room price. For the in-house guests the price for swimming pool use is 5€ per person per day. The price includes sun-bed, towel, changing room use and shower use.
RESERVATION POLICY
• A pre-authorized valid credit card or bank deposit is required, to confirm the booking.
The hotel reserves the right to authorize credit cards or bank deposits prior to arrival, in case of no show - invalid cancellation (See cancellation policy), charges equal to one overnight. When the reservation equals to one night only, deposit equals to 50% of the whole amount.
Accounts must be balanced at the hotel on departure the latest.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• For cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival, no fees will be charged.
• To cancel or alter the reservation in less than 24 hours prior to arrival, the full amount of the first overnight will be charged.
• In case of no show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
• For departures earlier than the designated date, guests are obliged to pay 50% of the remaining overnights.
• Stay extension until 18:00 is charged 50% of the overnight rate. Stay extension after 18:00 will be charged 100% of the overnight rate.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children up to 2 years old share the room with their parents free of charge. Baby cots are provided on demand, free of charge.
PRIVACY POLICY
The hotel requests your personal data exclusively for processing your booking and accomplishing your reservation. Any information given will be used with confidentiality.
For this reason, guests’ personal data will be used for the booking process only by our hotel, and to communicate with them regarding their reservations.
According to the above, guests authorize Hotel Anastazia Luxury Suites & Rooms to use and disclose personal information to associates, or third parties, for administration of services requested.
